For Nationwide Delivery's or local delivery's where flowers are not being delivered to YOU and YOUR address please enter name and address of the RECIPIENTS name and address. Later you will be asked for the billing address. 

Please enter your email address and telephone number. 

In the notes section please confirm any wording you would like written on the delivery card - ie: Happy Birthday Claire, with love Gemma.

If you are concerned about the correct delivery address you can always confirm in the notes section.
